I had a makan round with my fellow colleagues, Jasmine + Janice + Cecil + Alex + Wee at Shogun Japanese Restaurant and catch the movie Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs at GSC 1U last weekend. We initially planned to watch Transformer 2 but we couldn’t manage to get any. Same as the previous 2 episodes, this episode still started off with Scrat who is still on the hunt to hold onto his beloved acorn while finding a possible romance in a female sabre-toothed squirrel named Scratte. The whole story begun with Sid’s wish for a family of his own and attempted to adopt three dinosaur eggs. This act has gets him abducted by their real mother to an underground lost world where then his friends with met a one-eyed weasel known as Buck who hunts dinosaurs intently and jointly rescued him. It was indeed another movie that creates laughter, able to make ones miserable away and left with young happiness.

Peaceful B’day Celebration Row ’09 @ 28/6/2009 ~ 1/7/2009
Daidomon Charcoal BBQ Japanese Restaurant, GE Mall @ 28/6/2008
Sis Sam & Winnie bought me a barbeque buffet as my birthday meal treat on this date at Daidomon Charcoal BBQ. The restaurant looks more like a Korean restaurant instead of Japanese from how it was designed. Erm… I hardly take Japanese barbeque but it turned up quite nice even though barbeque is still the major in Korean / Thai food. Thanks to Sis Sam & Winnie so that I’ve given a try on Japanese BBQ.
TGI Friday, IOI Mall @ 29/6/2008
My long missed dear friend, I, treated me a meal at TGI Friday as a mini birthday celebration a day before my big day. It has been quite sometime I didn’t see him / even communicate with him and I was happy that we are able to spend an evening together. Though the happy feeling was there but I also felt a little sad at the same time simply because our moment spent also reminded me our relationship. He is the one who take my hand to guide me home, took my heart away when my whole world was grey, gave me everything and a little bit more… Thanks for the lift dear~
Zen Japanese Restaurant, Sunway Pyramid @ 30/6/2008
My buddy ex-colleagues Chengni, Liching and Algy celebrated my birthday with my favorite Japanese meal treat at Zen. It was initially planned by Chengni as a prank that only she herself is free to celebrate my big day with me but it wasn’t at the end just like how my gut felt feeling. We enjoyed our dinner and had a pleasant gathering session with laughter all around. Thanks to all for celebrating my day… ^_^
Papa Rich Kopitiam, Bandar Puteri @ 1/7/2008
My buddy colleague, Meilee treated me a simple yet meaningful dinner a day after my big day… Though it was just a little small + short time gathered around but we have enjoyed our girl talk the night. Thanks Meilee for the warmth meal treat. : )

Transformer 2 - Revenge Of The Fallen @ 27/6/2009
I’ve been waited for this to come since the first screened in cinemas. Thanks to my buddy ex-colleague Liching who offered Chengni and myself free on discounted GSC movie tickets that she gotten via her company staff club. Me & Chengni had our super fast dinner at Sakae Sushi IOI Mall and rushed to the cinema once Liching arrived with her other colleagues from office. Now guess what… we even got free popcorn + soft drink that come together with the discounted tickets as a package. : D
Back to the movie, I was rather sad when Optimus Prime was killed and dead in the middle of the show. Luckily, it was later then able to be rescued with the long lost Optrix gotten by Sam Witwicky & Mikaela Banes after a climactic human-decepticons + megatrons-decepticons combat that took place at the Giza pyramid complex, Egypt. Hm… overall it was still a good movie not to be missed even though I felt that the first is still the best. : D

My Colleague, Elay B’day Celebration @ 26/6/2009
I joined my buddy colleague, Meilee and celebrated my colleague, Elay’s birthday with a bunch of other colleagues, Yukmei + Algy + Jenn + Jeff + Loke at La La Chong, Subang Terminal 3 on this date. It was an advance birthday celebration for Elay 2 days before the actual day where Algy even bought her a bouquet of flower with Jeff as the honored delivery man and handed over the flower bouquet to Elay. We enjoyed the food + time gathered around and ended the dinner session with birthday cake as dessert after Elay made her wish + blew out the candle. Happy birthday, Elay…

R.I.P MJ 1958 - 2009 @ 25/6/2009
Michael Jackson, the legendary King of Pop! I was shocked + sad when I came to knew that MJ has leaved behind his fans and returned to the side of God. Though I’m not a typical MJ fan but I do grow up listen to his pop songs such as Bad, Billy Jeans, Thriller etc when I was in my younger days until his most popular album Black Or White that brings the highest attention to me at my teenage. He was really a great entertainer with his superb showmanship on stage particularly his moonwalk and he was also a great peace lover who shower his love to human race despite than those unfavorable court cases that he have been accused. MJ proved that music really does unify culture, nationality + races and he also impacted us with his endless peace and love. Dust to dust, may God blessed MJ soul, may him rest in peace…

Setia Alam Klang Pacer ½ Marathon @ 7/6/2009
I took part in the recent Klang Pacer ½ Marathon held at Setia Alam with my friend, SH & WL having seen that SP is the platinum sponsor. It was my 1st participation in 11km ½ marathon run and also a great experience for me as a 1st timer to woke up early 4:30am+ in the morning, reported myself 6am and
started the run before the sky gets bright which was actually a good timing to start jog / run / exercise early the morning as the air is fresh and less hot.
The marathon kicked off from Setia Alam Welcome Centre and the 11km women open category has to be completed within 1 hour 45 min in order to get a finisher medal. Erm… It was lucky enough that I’m able to finish the run within the given timeframe and gotten myself the 1st ever run finisher medal even though I just had few intensive practices prior the run day. Hehe… : P Thanks to my friends for their companion that encouraged my participation as well as my colleague Ray being my run mate throughout the journey so that I got to chat a little and finished the run in a relaxed pace. : )

Baby Oscar 1st B’day Celebration ’09 @ 6/6/2009
Time flies… and baby Oscar has already be with me for 1 year. I can still remember when I first brought home baby Oscar, he was just a cute tiny 2 months old puppy and today, he has turn to a 1 year old little handsome boy. Despite than his growth, baby Oscar indeed went through a lot of things with me… especially during the time that I’m down with depressed / sadness. When
he saw me cry, he will be either sat on my lap / beside me to accompany me, sometimes he even licked away my tear drops. Well~ Word is just hard to express the meaning of baby Oscar to me and I’m glad that I have baby Oscar by my side. To appreciate his companion, I’ve celebrated his 1st birthday together with his sister Summer. We had a simple yet meaningful furkid’s birthday party at my friend cum Summer’s owner’s relative house in USJ 9, Subang where all our furkids enjoyed the treat.
