Greet The Vietnam PM @ 31/8/2007

In line with SP’s very first overseas project, EcoLakes at MyPhouc in Vietnam and the company intention to acquire another piece of land in Ho Chi Minh City ( HCMC ) itself, the company has arranged a short greeting and meet up session for a tea time break with the Vietnam PM ( Vietnamese: Thủ tướng Việt Nam ), Nguyễn Tấn Dũng at Renaissance Hotel, Kuala Lumpur during his recent visit to Malaysia.

In view that EcoLakes project is the subset of Setia Eco Park & Setia Alam ( combination of Setia Eco Park living concept and Setia Alam development ), this function is co-organized by both projects together with the International Business Development Dept from Corporate HQ. The whole greeting session took about 30min+ with the objective to promote SP to the Vietnam PM by showing him the company profile, achievements and projects etc + another not forgetting element, our courtesy. Overall, this greeting session was a success as the Vietnam PM has gave a good compliment to the company. I’m glad that I’m 1 of the representative from Setia Eco Park who is able to attend this kind of formal greeting function. : )

For those who don’t have any idea about SP EcoLakes project… EcoLakes spans 226 ha in the heart of the 4,000 ha MyPhouc Industrial Park ( MPIP ) in the Binh Duong Province which is just 40km north away from HCMC. A vibrant town center will be developed as the focal point of the township to serve the entertainment and recreational needs of the sizeable population in the MPIP and the larger HCMC. The project will see the development of a varied range of residential properties such as link houses, semi-Ds, villas, apartments and condominiums. Anyone interested to invest? : P
