SPSF Award Night ’08 @ 19 & 20/1/2008

This is my 3rd voluntary work for SP Setia Foundation Award Night event. Unlike the previous 2 years visit to Putrajaya, this year we organized night visit to the heart of the country, Kuala Lumpur of which, we ( volunteers ) had also made an own trip down ourselves to check out / familiarize the planned route prior the event day. We started off the trip from Sheraton Hotel Subang, head down to KL via NPE, passed by numerous landmark building such as, TNB, The Garden Mid Valley, KL Sentral, Muzium Negara, Dayabumi GPO, Masjid Negara, Bank Negara, DBKL, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Dataran Merdeka, Eye On Malaysia, Public Bank, KL Tower, KLCC Petronas Twin Tower, Tabung Haji, all the way back via Sungai Besi and passed by Astro + the not forgotten SP’s HQ at Puchong.

Despite than the change of place to visit, volunteers also got a nite stay at the hotel this year so that one don’t need to wake up such early and rush for the Awards Ceremony next morning. The event went on smoothly and we also ended this charitable + enjoyable event with a meal treat to ourselves at one of the Italian restaurant nearby soon after the ceremony... : D
