Magical Disney On Ice ’07 @ 10/4/2007

This time I went to catch the Disney On Ice – Finding Nemo with 2 of my colleagues after work cause my dept manage to get us few complimentary tickets to watch this yearly event. I rushed home and got myself a fast shower + a fast dinner with Algy & Chialee before we head to catch the show.

As per my review last year, it wasn’t really a big grand show but entertaining… And guess what? I’ve bought myself a little Squirt… : D

Do U Believe in Spiritual Relief ? @ 5/4/2007

I went for a nite prayer with one of my colleague, Algy on this date and we only head home after midnight… For whatever reason it is… I feel myself being more and more tensed and stressed up lately and I’ve asked for a spiritual relief from the Master… In order to realize my spiritual request, I have to pay a total of 7 times visit in upcoming prayers for talisman shower… Well, I don’t know how effective it will be and I’m also not sure on what kind of stresses will be erased off by that time… I hope I can still survive for myself, my family, my frens and Alv… : (

My Course Mate, SL’s Wedding @ 30/3/2007

Was initially planned for a whole day off but due to I needs to play a part in Han Jian’s interview, I can only afford to take a half day off for SL wedding dinner. Why I need half day off for this? 1st, because the dinner was held at Bukit Bintang KL; 2nd, because I’m following Nixon’s car where he + Calvin have to go KL earlier for some personal things lor…

We reached Berjaya Time Square about 5pm, had an hour coffee time at Starbucks and head to Sg. Wang + Isetan for a short walk before we walk down to SL wedding dinner’s venue.

The dinner took about 2 hrs and we had a wonderful time gathered around with lots of updates being shared. We then continued the chit chat session at one of the “tong shui” shop nearby before we call off the gathering.

To both SL & her husband LC, congratulations & wishing you a wonderful marriage life with your loved one… : )

My Stress Test @ 28/3/2007

Today, I steal a little bit of my office hour and did my stress test with a software bought by 1 of our Executive Director when he did his stress management program which cost about RM 60K in oversea… Result? Bad… : (

Ever since I transferred department, I started to feel stress… especially after my very 1st road show in mid of February cause I’ve been assigned 2 major tasks for SPSB Group. Yes, it’s a group wise project by stages… 1 of it is to brings in X% of sales revenue for the group through 1 of the project which I should get it done by mid of the year and I still did nothing till date… : (

I also noticed that I’m getting more and more moody + emotional from then… I don’t feel like wanted to talk to anyone after work even to Alv… Its sort of like taking of a heavy mask after office hour everyday… where I need a complete silent and rest to reset my mind back to own frequency before I could start reveal my feeling... May be because of this where we didn’t really share our thought and feelings since mid of Feb / may be since beginning of the year, all this has caused misunderstandings between us…… I think I’m really tensed and stressed as resulted… :

At nite, Grant came to my little house to see if he could help me to fix the leaking water pipe. After examine for a while, we found that the only repairing tool that he brought + tools which I found from storeroom wasn’t able to repair so… What’s next? We end up spared some time for chatting before he leaves.

Note:~ A non-stressed / stress manageable person should have zero / less Low Coherence Ratio ( Red ), average Medium Coherence Ratio ( Blue ) and more of High Coherence Ratio ( Green ) stress chart which is exactly the opposite order of mine... :

Lost of Surprises @ 26/3/2007

My 5 little baby molly fishes has been dying 1 by 1 slowly… Don’t know why… they just can’t survive normally… I can still remembered that my last batch of 20+ baby mollies were all death… This round, the only black baby molly that I have has also dead… sob sob sob… : ( Now, I only left a yellow baby molly fish with black speckle…

Calvin Takakunisan’s Return @ 25/3/2007

Joint Nixon, Mich + Colbert, Long + Joey, Jeff for a dim sum breakfast today in conjunction of Calvin’s return to home ground… and we also had a short gathering chat with dessert being served by Joey at Long’s house after the breakfast.

Cleanse my little house later in the evening… guess what… I've already re-injured my right wrist again 2 days ago while I try to clean the toilet bowl which full of cement after the toilet rectification work…. And today, I accidently injured my left hand also while I clean the toilet again… now both my hands are swollen and painful… : (
